Our Strategy Session is where we slow things down to take a serious look at your backend: the systems, structure, and roles behind the scenes that are quietly burning out your team, capping your growth, or pulling you away from the work only you can do.
We’ll ask sharp questions. Map the misalignments. And make a clear call on what support you actually need to move forward—whether that’s a fractional operator, a focused sprint, or something else entirely.
This is also how we assess fit—for you and for us. Not everyone who books this call is invited to deeper Co-Op work. That’s by design.
