I’m a strategist, coach, and operator who turns pressure into precision and leadership into leverage. As the former President of Hello Seven, I helped scale the company from multi-7 to 8 figures, leading a 30+ person team through rapid growth, complex reorgs, and delivery evolution. I’ve built backend systems that held it all—and I learned many hard lessons along the way, so you don’t have to.
But more than the scale, I care about what it feels like to lead. I’ve been in the rooms where the numbers looked good and the leaders felt crushed. And I’ve helped founders move from burnout to breath—by installing structure that actually fits.
This work is more than strategy—it’s stewardship. For over a decade, I’ve coached visionary leaders and operational right-hands to build infrastructure that reflects their values, not just the market. My superpower? Seeing the whole picture and connecting the pieces. I map what matters, make it executable, and help teams move with clarity and care.
